Quick-Wrap
We have partnered with a revolutionary stretch-wrapping business that has developed a hand-help stretch-wrapping kit.
This allows for wrapping smaller items or boxes easily - which normally isn’t very convenient to wrap with a larger, conventional stretch-wrap roll. This product was mainly focused on solving wrapping issues in the travel (luggage) industry, but has quickly emerged as a great solution to wrap the above mentioned, as well as valuables like furniture, appliances and paintings during the moving process. Quick-Wrap is also an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional stretch-wraps - which isn’t always recyclable.

Another crucial piece of the puzzle is of course communication - whether it be between suppliers and customers, internal communications or between computer systems, all are fundamental! To meet our standards of reusability, we implement proper handling procedures for these boxes during regular operations. Our comprehensive solution involves proficient staff members who expertly gather, sort, clean, and package the boxes according to our specifications. This service is extended complimentary to our suppliers, ensuring that we deliver used boxes to the end-customer in optimal condition. This not only leads to consistent substantial rebates for our corrugated box suppliers, but also reduces their waste processing resources required, and their carbon footprints for that matter!

More and more companies are realizing that they don’t need to use new carboard boxes for their distributions, but that high quality reusable cardboard boxes make more sense. Reusable cardboard box prices are on average less than 50% of new box prices, and the use thereof have huge sustainability benefits associated. By reusing cardboard boxes, less trees need to be chopped down and entered into the highly polluting and energy intensive process of paper and box manufacturing. Reusing cardboard boxes also reduces the number of cycles that material needs to be recycled - which also is a massive contributor to a company’s carbon footprint.

Our Services
Protectacase also specializes in a process called Reverse Logistics, which leads to significant cost savings associated with corrugated cardboard box usage. As a result of intensive in-field research, experience gained within the industry and a large number of consulting hours, it was found that the perception of a corrugated cardboard box as a one-way shipper needs to be changed. With our innovative and proven process, our comprehensive Reverse Logistics solutions does exactly that. Our main goal with this solution is to ensure that companies that use significant volumes of corrugated cardboard boxes has the opportunity to reuse these boxes up to 4 times before they need to be recycled. With our carefully formulated process, customers can be confident that their reusable boxes are as good as new when they are entered back into their supply chain, and furthermore enjoy a significant carbon footprint reduction associated with carboard box usage.
As part of our process, we make use of revolutionary communication solutions that enable us to train, record and report at every step of the process - maximizing the number of boxes to be reused.
